If anything falls short, tell us within 48 hours and we return to correct it at no cost. If you're still unhappy, that visit is free.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients provide entry instructions or a lockbox code. Your details are stored securely and shared only with your assigned team.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes — everything is included, and our default products are unscented and family- and pet-safe. We're happy to use products you prefer instead.

Every Lustre Haus professional is background-checked, insured, and bonded. We carry general liability coverage on every visit — we're not a freelance marketplace.

Can I book at night or on a Sunday?

Accepted Answer

You can book online 24/7 — the site never closes, so you can reserve at 11pm if that's when you have a minute. Cleanings themselves are scheduled 8am–10pm, Monday–Saturday. Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers get flexible windows around guest checkout and check-in.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Every home is priced individually — square footage, service type, condition and how often we visit all factor in, and recurring plans are always priced below one-time visits. Fill out the quote form and you'll have a tailored number back in seconds, any hour of the day.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Reply to your confirmation email or call the studio. Changes made more than 24 hours ahead are always free.
